General
Do you provide delivery?
We deliver vehicles throughout British Columbia and the Yukon.
What about service and support?
Our full service facility conveniently is located just outside of Vancouver B.C. We make service, parts and warranty support our number one priority and offer same or next day parts delivery in addition to on-site service and maintenance programs combined with a 24/7 emergency toll free call service. We also work closely with local service centres to minimize downtime and get you back on the road.
Do you sell more than one brand of buses?
We sell and support the largest selection of vehicles to meet your specific requirements.
What are your hours of operation?
We are open from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday to Friday, and have available emergency on-call 7 days a week.
Do you offer alternate fuel solutions?
Yes, we have several options for alternate fuel based on a variety of chassis.
What type of driver’s license is required to drive a bus?
Up to 24 passengers (not including driver) you require class 4 unrestricted, Above 24 passengers you require class 2. See the DOT website for further information on obtaining the proper license.
Do you provide in-service training?
Yes, we provide in-service training for all makes and models that we sell.
Service
Do you do government inspections?
Yes, we are a fully licenced Government Inspection Facility for the required Commercial Vehicle Inspection Program.
What are your shop hours?
We are open from Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.
How often do I need to change my oil?
Each engine and chassis manufacturer has different service requirements. We can maintain your vehicle in accordance with the schedules recommended by each individual manufacturer, whether your vehicle has a regular or severe duty cycle.
I have a lift equipped vehicle, can you fix it?
Yes, We have factory trained lift specialists on staff and carry a large stock of parts for both Ricon and Braun lifts.
How do I know when to bring my bus in for service?
We have comprehensive preventative and fleet maintenance programs that can be tailored to your requirements and we will notify you when a vehicle is due for service.
I have a 72 passenger school bus, how big of a bus can you service?
We have equipment with the ability to lift highway coaches or even double-decker buses. Your school bus would be safe in our hands.
I didn’t get my bus at Dynamic, can you still service it?
Yes, we can service all makes and models of cutaway buses.
Parts
How do I identify what type of bus I have?
All bus manufacturers have body # decal on the bus, if not, the vehicle VIN # should direct us to the type of bus you have.
Do you stock bus parts or do they need to be ordered?
We carry over 5,000 different part lines in stock and maintain a 95% fill rate on orders. If we don’t have the part(s) in stock, it will usually take less than a week to order in the necessary part(s).
My bus is over 20 years old, can I still get parts for it?
Our parts books go back over 20 years and if the part is still available we can get it. If we can’t order the part, we may have a replacement part that would work for you.
My bus is not sold by your dealership, can you still help me with parts?
We have a great working relationship with other vendors and can usually help you or direct you to someone that can.
I have a lift equipped bus and do not know which part I need?
We have access to any parts breakdowns and diagrams needed.
My bus was purchased in the U.S., can you still help me with parts?
Yes, with the VIN or body #, we can get any parts needed for your bus.
