Q: How do I identify what type of bus I have?
A: All bus manufacturers have body # decal on the bus, if not, the vehicle VIN # should direct us to the type of bus you have.

Q: Do you stock bus parts or do they need to be ordered?
A: We carry over 5,000 different part lines in stock and maintain a 95% fill rate on orders. If we don’t have the part(s) in stock, it will usually take less than a week to order in the necessary part(s).

Q: My bus is over 20 years old, can I still get parts for it?
A: Our parts books go back over 20 years and if the part is still available we can get it. If we can’t order the part, we may have a replacement part that would work for you.

Q: My bus is not sold by your dealership, can you still help me with parts?
A: We have a great working relationship with other vendors and can usually help you or direct you to someone that can.

Q: I have a lift equipped bus and do not know which part I need?
A: We have access to any parts breakdowns and diagrams needed.

Q: My bus was purchased in the U.S., can you still help me with parts?
A: Yes, with the VIN or body #, we can get any parts needed for your bus.
